Scholarship Award Benefits
Each Academy Group member now has the opportunity to receive the Opportunity Scholarship, which eliminates their undergraduate student loan debt. In addition, the Opportunity Scholarship Award is offered alongside a variety of other financial awards and stipends that help alleviate financial burdens associated with secondary or post-secondary education.
Opportunity Scholarship
The Opportunity Scholarship Award is a benefit offered to over 1000 young people across our regional programs. It eliminates all student debt upon college graduation for all members who complete program requirements.
$25k Stipend
In addition to the Opportunity Scholarship, all members are offered up to $25k, amortized over 4 years, for college persistence. This stipend can be used to offset fees associated with college attendance, including but not limited to housing, books, and food.
Academic Excellence Stipend
This GPA incentive rewards members up to $1000 per semester for exemplary grades during their collegiate study.
Emergency Aid And Additional Tuition Support
Last-minute emergencies are difficult to predict, but should never stifle academic achievement or career access. For this reason, the Academy Group has a discretionary emergency fund that is used to assist members with financial hardships on a case-by-case basis.

The Academy Group launched its program model in 2017. Our members are immersed in an intense interdisciplinary exploration of business, justice, and leadership. In addition, The Academy Group accelerates traditional academic skills through high-dosage tutoring and test preparation programs.
